Chuyen Tui Manufacturing Process
We follow a structured and transparent system to ensure stable quality, controlled risk, and smooth export operations.
1. Consultation & Quotation
We review your tech-pack with specifications, materials, printing details, quantity, and target market to provide accurate pricing and production planning.
2. Sampling & Confirmation
Samples are developed for size, color, stitching, and print approval before mass production begins.
3. Material Preparation & Production Setup
Once you approve everything, the raw materials are selected according to required standards.
4. Mass Production with QC Control
Manufacturing is monitored under strict internal controls following AQL 2.5 standards, including in-line inspection and final random inspection before packing.
5. Packing & Export Handling (FOB / CIF)
We prepare full export documentation including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, and Certificate of Origin (C/O).
Shipping terms available: FOB or CIF.
6. After-Sales Support & 1-to-1 Replacement
Our responsibility continues after delivery.
For verified production defects, we apply a 1-to-1 replacement policy, refund solutions, or compensation on the next order.
